Information: After Berg Katse's death, Leader X rebuilds Galactor and creates a new lieutenant to carry out his bidding. The pallid Gel Sadra sends out Galactor's monsters to smash and destroy whatever comes in their way, with an infantile delight in the havoc he causes. Gel Sadra is actually a human baby, kidnapped and artificially matured overnight by Leader X's science. The Science Ninja Team, with all new weapons and an improved Phoenix created by Dr. Nambu, once again battle Galactor and its new leader. Joining them is a new member of the ISO, the beautiful Dr. Pandora, who has a personal reason to work for Galactor's defeat: it destroyed her young child.
