Our tenth year! All of us at GatchaCon are very happy that interest in Gatchaman and its various versions has allowed us to continue doing these gatherings!
Indications are that Yoshitaka Amano will be appearing at the BOOM! Studios booth (1531) on Saturday. No time is listed yet.

Meeting locations are still scheduled for the Upper Level of the convention center, under the "Sails Pavilion". See the red-colored area on the map below. Once at the Sails Pavilion, look for a bunch of Gatchaman T-Shirts, they'll be hard to miss! Our meeting times are:
Thursday - Noon - 1pm
Friday - Noon - 1pm
Saturday - Noon - 1pm
Sunday - Noon - 1pm

. . . If we can't meet under the Sails Pavilion for any reason, we will meet at the back of the convention center on the inside of the "Mezzanine" Level. See the red-colored area on the map below. Please keep in mind that the Mezzanine area will be used as an alternate meeting location ONLY if the Sails Pavilion is unavailable.

What is GatchaCon?
For any of you who are unfamiliar, GatchaCon is the only yearly gathering of "Gatchaman" fans. We're sponsored by the Tatsunoko Fan Club USA and fully-authorized by Tatsunoko Productions.

Where? When???
GatchaCon '06 will take place within San Diego's Comic-Con International, to be held July 19-23, 2006. The staff at Comic-Con has been generous enough to allow us to gather together all four days. There are no additional fees to attend any GatchCon event, all events are covered by the Comic-Con admission price. GatchaCon '06 events and attractions

Gatherings
We'll be holding daily fan gatherings at the top of the convention center (space permitting). Make sure to bring lunch and a camera! This is your big chance to meet other Gatchaman fans face-to-face!
Once again, our meeting times are:
Thursday - Noon - 1pm

Saturday - Noon - 1pm
Sunday - Noon - 1pm

The Dealer's Floor
The Dealer's Floor The dealer's floor will be packed with tons of merchants from all around the world! Many stores carry Gatchaman items, and there will be many Battle of the Planets and Gatchaman licensees on hand!

The Art Show
As usual, a group of talented artists will be including their new Gatchaman pictures as part of the Comic-Con's art show. This can be visited on the top level of the convention center under the Sails Pavilion!
