Towards the beginning of the 21st century, the Earth has fallen
almost totally under the control of an autocratic regime called
the Gavian Empire, and ruled by Emporer Darius. The Gavians are
a scientifically advanced civilization possessing an extremely
powerful armed force against which there is no effective defense.
Ricky and Ben are visiting a Mediterranean port, when
their vesel is attacked by Gavian forces, and sunk. All seems
lost when they are unexpectedly rescued by Captain Nemo in the
Nautilus... Thus begins a new adventure for Ricky and Ben.
